We take emergency calls seven days a week, 7am to 7pm, for burst pipes, blocked sewers, gas leaks and major leaks. On weekends we will come out for a genuine emergency outside those hours across Adelaide and the Hills.
How fast can you get to me?
We prioritise emergencies and aim to get to you as quickly as possible to limit the damage. Call 0410 063 121 and we will be on our way.
What should I do while I wait?
For a burst pipe or major leak, turn the water off at the meter; for a gas smell, leave gas on and ventilate. We will talk you through it on the phone.
Do you charge extra for weekend call-outs?
